Project Overview

During the COVID-19 pandemic, EventStarts transformed a Brooklyn school gym at The Temptation into a full-scale concert venue for a no-audience live concert and live stream fundraising event. The production featured multiple bands and was broadcast live to an online audience.

This project required creative use of space, strong visual design, and reliable LED wall rental to deliver a professional concert experience without a physical audience.

LED Wall Design and Visual Concept

A large amount of LED wall rental inventory using 3.9mm panels was deployed across the stage. Custom shaped LED wall tiles were framed organically with real flowers provided by a high-end florist, creating a unique blend of technology and natural elements.

The LED walls served as both a visual focal point for the livestream and a scenic element for performers, giving the show depth and scale despite the gym setting.

Stage Build and Layout

The stage was built using multiple stage decks at different heights and shapes to accommodate several bands and create visual movement throughout the show.

Custom LED wall rental configurations were integrated into the stage design, allowing non-standard layouts that enhanced camera angles and audience engagement during the livestream.

Lighting, Audio, and Control

The concert lighting system was designed for broadcast quality visuals and dynamic performances.
