• Do you deliver and Setup?

Yes, all rentals include free delivery and setup. If requested, $100 in NYC and Nassau County, Other cities $100 + $2 per mile (from zip 11552) - Double charge if multiple days.

• Free delivery include delivery and pickup?

Yes, all orders include delivery and pickup. If requested, $100 in NYC and Nassau County, Other cities $100 + $2 per mile (from zip 11552) - Double charge if multiple days.

•  Do you ship rentals nationwide?

 Yes, we can ship rentals nationwide on certain items (please contact us for more info).

•  Do you serve nationwide?

 Yes, we offer natinwide rentals with complete production (please contact us for more info).

•   Should I just order online?

 Feel free to complete you order online.

• What if I am ordering online but I wnat to pick it up?

If you do not want your order to be delivered but want to pick it up instead, just indicate it in notes when you complete an order. Even though our system will charge you base $100 delivery fee we will not charge it from your card if pickup requested.

• How do I know if my order was confirmed?

If your order is not confirmed your card will not be charged and we will contact you to say if and why we cannot complete your order - otherwise it is confirmed.
