Rental reservation with delivery require:

1. Full Name
2. Phone Number 
3. Email Address
4. Billing Address
5. Event's Address
6. Event's Beginning Date and Time
7. Valid credit card
8. Three digit security number from your credit card

Your reservation does not grantee availability until confirmed by any of our representatives or you received invoice.

All paments must be made prior to delivery. We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or Cash.

If you would like to pay by cash, you will have to pay the driver upon their arrival. Also credit card deposit will be required upon reservation.

Equipment will be installed only after full payment received.

Rental reservation with pick up require:

6. Pickup Date & Time
7. Return Date & Time
8. Valid credit card
9. Three digit security number from your credit card
10. Valid & Current State Issued ID
11. Security Deposit 100% of equipment value
